PC Games

I have a PS2 but it is not chipped so AFAIK I can not download and play games from the internet.

The games I have for my PC are currently boring the hell out of me and I need some new ones.

As it is coming up to christmas I am a bit short on the paper stuff, no, not toilet roll, i'm talking money.

What games do you lot currently play on the PC and where did you get it from (links please if from the internet).

I have a bunch of racing games (cars) and stuff like Quake I, II + III, SOF I + II, MOHAA, Black and white + Creature island addon (which I think I would like but cant get win XP to play without screwing up)... These are the ones boing me but I don't know what to try next.

Do you mean links to shops that sell them cheap or links to sites where you can download them for "testing" reasons?

buy Deus Ex dor PC CD. Should be around £9.99 or less.

Its a fantastic game. I bought it about a year ago for £9.99 and it was the best (less than) tenner I ever spent.

Its long, involving fun and perplexing. The graphics are amazing and the PC doesn't need to be a huge spec. Its kind of a roleplay/ first person shooter hybrid and it rocks!

If not try something like kingpin (£9.99 ish) or Swat 3 £9.99 ish. Swat 3 is good if you want to dip into it occaisionally.

I would give the advice to anyone witha PC to wait for games to become budget priced before buying, but I rarely take my own advice!! Smile

If you like MOHAA then get Call of Duty. Brilliant game - very similar(as a lot of the MOHAA prgrammers worked on it) but with some brilliant missions.

The Stalingrad missions are amazing - really atmospheric.

DONT get Total Club Manager 2004, it's the worst football managment game 'ever', it's not even as good as TCM 2003. If youre after the latest and greatest footie managment game then get CM 03/04. If thats not your thing then try MotoGP 2, NFS Underground, C&C Generals, GTA: VIce City, PES 3 and my favourite Commanche 4. Smile

That little lot should get you through until HL2 and Doom 3 is out. Smile

On eMule you need to download the software. When you click the links it opens the download in the eMule software, a bit like kazaa apart from kazaa what you download is not always what you get whereas eMule is much better. Hope this helps!
