I'm new to this forum so the subject may have already been covered, but does anybody know if it is possible to convert a Kawasaki GPZ305 from belt to chain drive (the main reason is cost). If so where are the parts available from.

The belts retail at almost £200 which is considerably more expensive than a chain and sprockets. There is also the question as to how long they will remain available.

Rather than using a bike dealer for the belt, try a bearing/drive company. Betyou can source one for far less and it will be just the same. So lnog as you know the size you want.
