If i was to buy my dad a book on World war 2 (not a picture book) which would be a good choice?

My mum is quite sensitive to beauty products but does like the odd pamper, anyone know a nice set of stuff that would suit her? I know nothing about this sort of thing, don't want to buy her bubble bath that's like acid.

My sisters boyfriend is a cock, do i need to buy him something?

For your mum, ensure that you purchase the hypo-allergy stuff. Dove, Pure & Simple are usually good bets, along with Radox. Do you live near enough to your mum to have a nosy in the bathroom to see what products are there?

Sisters boyfriend, depends on if you are going to see him whilst giving presents out - if so then just get him beer that he likes, if you arent going to see him then dont bother.

As for your dad I have no idea, other than to ask in somewhere like Waterstones or Borders

) niece a 'recipe' book of natural beauty-type treats. It's got lots of different face masks, nail soaks, hair treatments in it and they're all made with completely natural ingredients - the most common is actually yoghurt.

I've got a book titled "World War II : land, sea & air battles, 1939-1945". ISBN:0904230309

Its a really informative book, although its 30 years old now. I wondered if it might be worth something, but a quick search on the net will get me a good copy for under a fiver.

Can't really help with the Mother situation, but as far as your Dad's concerned I'd go for 'Forgotten Voices of the Blitz and Battle for Britain' by Joshua Levine. Stories told by those who were there at the time (on both sides), it's a proper lump in the throat read. I'd also get 'Auschwitz: The Nazis an the Final Solution' by Laurence Rees, a cracking read, interesting, heartbreaking and inspiring all at the same time. Both of 'em are available on Amazon for next to nowt.

As for your Sisters Boyfriend, why beat around the bush....
