somebody in the USA has finally got the right idea, and some bloody good idea's too.

custom choppers but with Jap engines (1300 busa's etc.)

a chop that really hauls ass with 250bhp and 200mph.

cant stand radical custom choppers myself!
good on him though, putting jap engines in there.

i prefer designs from this japanese guy who owns zero engineering.
He makes really rugged and retro bikes which i love the look of, with chunky off road type tires

Even though it's a chopper it kind of reminds me of the Akira bike.

Pretty cool, but I wish he'd shut up about the 'God' nonsense. Take credit for your own ideas and inspiration, you fucking nonce.

They are both hideous. And there's hardly anything new or innovative about jap engined chops, they just happen to be using new engines ('cos they have ridiculous budgets no doubt) rather than the usual 70's/ 80's lot. Suppose it makes a nice change from the usual revtech/ S&S lumps that most of them use though.

I love choppers and bobbers, but only the old skool ones! The new age ones are just OTT, unusable, ridiculous looking bling in my opinion.

Zero Engineering know how to make real bikes Thumbs Up Chicara is another good example of innovation, but stylish instead of tat!

I'd have a lot more respect for him if he didnt blab on about God rubbish.

Pretty cool bikes and look pretty fun to ride around for a bit, but I wouldnt have one. Unless for some reason I found loads of money and already had all my favourite sportsbikes Wink.

Quite an achievement though building those things and with decent engines. I think a bike like that is better on a stand or something than being ridden though. Its kinda cool to look at, but wouldnt actually make a good bike.

Who're the bikes aimed at because i can't see them selling too well with a price tag of $100,00. The sort of bike you'll only see in an episode of Cribs.
Look like fun tho. Thumbs Up

Exactly what I was thinking. 'I prayed to god and he gave me the idea for this bike'
In my opinion religion gives us nothing but war.

Agree there, My dad most of his friends are (and have been since they could ride them) well into chops. They would use jap engines because harley/S&S/etc were (and are) rather expensive, The ones they build (and built) were generally done on a very tight budget and some very nice bikes have come out of it (and they got ridden!)

I just dont agree with the 'Chrome this, Billet that' attitude thats so often seen nowadays, I'd rather see 10 customs go about built on a realistic budget from perhaps cosmetically damaged bikes, Rather than a bike thats almost purely aftermarket off the shelf parts that doesnt get ridden ('Oh come check out my penis extension in the garage in its bubble that gets ridden for 10 miles a year...')

Remember American Jesus is significantly different to the rest of the world. Hence why the blue bike looks like my prolapsed hemorrhoid. I despise American Christianity Twisted Evil

I suppose a big problem with making Japanese chops these days is that there are not that many Jap bikes with a pretty, well proportioned engine to construct a bike around.

When it comes down to it, most modern Japanese motorcycle engines are so similar to one another that you wouldn't ba able to tell them apart if they didn't cast the manufacturers name into the crankcase covers.

If I was gong to use a Jap engine for a chop, it'd probably have to be out of a dirtbike, a big air-cooled single of some sort.

Those Zero bikes are well nice but nothing stirs me blood like a cafe racer

Check out this guy, he's from the UK but now lives and works in the USA, if I had the money I'd get him to make me a bike and ship it back here Thumbs Up Mr. Green
