As you may or may not know I was knocked of my mountain bike last week and have one broken rib and another cracked. I was off work Thurs and Fri last week and Mon, Tues this week. went in on Wed and Thurs but was off today.

Last night i was in so much pain that i couldnt sleep and had some valium to aid the co-codomal in getting me to the land of nod. I slept straight through till 2pm this afternoon. That was not the plan as my friend travels for an hour to pick me up in the mornin to give me a lift to work cos i cant bike it.

I wake up to the sound of people trying to get into my flat i sleepily get up and answer the door to see two coppers about to break down my door, that woke me up there and then. KitKat (my mate who is a diamond bird) had been worried that something really bad had happened and called the police and said that it isnt like me to just drop of the face of the earth. She had also tried to phone me 53 times 12 email and 4 txts. She was mega worried about me. Im gob smacked that she was that concerned, never had that before in my life u know what i mean?

Anyways the coppers come in told me whats going on and laughed when i said i was in a deep sleep due to the medication and went on their merry way.

There is nuttin like seeing 2 coppers (the WPC was stunning and had an adverse effect on my glory) standing at your door when u have just got up.

I wanted to share my experience with you lot as it was a bit weird.

Hold on you actually saw police? ,

pics or it didn't happen , I've not seen a cop (other than traffic cops) for oh probably about a year now.
