How the hell do I adjust the height of the seats in the Fiat Bravo?

I can move them forward/backward tilt ok but cant for the hell of it lower the seat!

My head is almost hitting the roof"

the fact that the passenger seat is a lot lower and theres wires under the seat. and the fact that the Fiat website says you can!

I've got a 51' plate Marea (basically the same car as a Brava/Bravo) and there is a lever on the right-hand side of the drivers seat. Pull the lever out of the holder and lift it up to raise the seat and push it down to lower it. I would suggest if it's not present then either the model doesn't have the feature or they've removed it.

Hi

Might be like the Alfa 155 we have. Seat forwards / backwards is under the seat. Seat height adjuster is on the side of the seat, but also moves the seat forward and backward. On this adjuster moving the seat forward also moves it up.
