What is This Part?

right then i've noticed what appears to be oil seeping out of the brown pipe shown in this picture can anyone tell me what it is ?
for reference its a cb400 superfour and it appears to be coming out of the airbox

should say that the brown pipe is crimped on the end you cant see. so it basically extends an inch out of the airbox and no further

It's a drain for letting the gunge out of the vapour trap. Should have a bung in the end, which you remove periodically to let the goo out.
