I've spotted a bike that I fancy. It's a Comet GT125. The bike looks to be in good nick. Seller has offered to put another 12 months MOT on it so he must be confident of the condition.

The bike is nearly 80 miles away from me. Do you think thats too far to ride back considering my relative inexperience? (I passed my CBT a month ago, not been on a bike since).

Should be fine. Just remember to take your time and not rush. Wrap up warm, but not so you struggle to move.
Is this a dealer or private sale ?

I thought that I could split the trip up into two parts with a break in the middle. 35 miles each.

I'm more worried about the weather than anything. Part of the ride would be through the Yorkshire moors.

It's a private sale..
