help needed with .r files?

after downloading a movie from supertorrents.org (cheers godzgift)
i can seem to play the files and have no idea what to do,

then right click on one of the files and select "extract"

isn't it supposed to put them all into a .cur or .bin file because atm its just giving me more .rar files

No you should get a single Avi or movie file at the end not more RAR files. Shocked

There you go dude, I made a walk through for you, As the guys suggested make sure winrar (winrar.com) is installed.

1. Right click on the completed torrent + open folder containing
2. Once you are in the correct folder i.e. cd1 double click on any of the files
3. This should open winrar now you select "Extract to" and choose location
