My new spray.
https://itsaboutlife.members.easyspace.com/mybike1.jpg

Sorry about the size:)
Did it all with sandpaper and Plasticote Metal Flake paint.
Wheels r shit but I'm gonna get them powder coated at SSS soon.
I'm in dire need of some NSR Decals, could anyone help?
Just something interesting, 2 large NSR's and a few honda's. Maybe a supersport or summat like.
Also... (Big breath..) I need some new rider pegs. My RHS one's knacjered and I'm having difficulty finding replacements. the 1990 NS125R/K Methinks.

Cheers all.

Cheers guys. I know about the chain. Gotta take a link or 2 out till I can get it into the garage for a new sprocket etc:)

Me and my twin bro spent the 4 day break covered in paint and sand paper. Good fun.
Any ideas about the pegs?

Quite easily. Just took some time and loads of paint and sandpaper.
I can totally recommend Plastikote paint. Goes on well and can be re-coated anytime. Leccy sander was invaluable, and A01 sandpaper. Need to allow plenty of days and try to get all the sanding done before the painting starts. We didn't and had trouble with dust etc.
Other than that just keep working at it, no need to sand all the existing paint off, just sand till the gloss goes.
My arm was killing after I sanded all the panels down:)
I honestly believe more people should customize their own bikes.
No-one will ever have a bike exactly the same as mine now:)

Y'all have fun now Very Happy

Bike cost me £800 in October. Plastikote was £5.99 a tin and I used about 3 Red and 2-3 white. Plus 2 Primer.
Not done my frame yet. No time really. Gonna send the wheels off for powdering soon though. Could send the frame but... naa:)
Do you know if I can get hold of some new pegs for mine? It's a pain using crap ones:) Anodised red would be wicked Twisted Evil
Also need some new grips and maybe levers.
Was gonna go for the whole tastynuts range but can't be arsed. I hope to be getting a VFR400 or something like. CBR400 would be lovely:)

Always the case! Mine went in for a service recently and seems to be running fine. Lots of little bits need replacing, like the left mirror, cuz the lass... yes lass!! who had it b4 me pestered her bloke for one, rode it once, crapped her panties and left it to rot on the drive for a year, after ramming it down the driveway wall!

The micron sounds ok too. But again need a little welding:)
£80 on the paintjob, £40 on the chain and sprocket and prob another £60 ish on bits...... I'll only get £500 for it:(
I wish I could keep it but I need it to pay off the insurance on a 400:)
