Was the works christmas party (which I wasn't sure I wanted to go to anyway), we went back to a house party afterwards.

The night rolled on, and the girl who's house it was, some friends of hers were arguing outside. She tried to get outside to talk to them or calm them down, whichever, and some dick was standing in the doorway and wouldn't let her outside.

She tried to duck under his arm to go outside, I got hold of this lads jacket and stopped him from getting hold of her and he turned round and belted me a few times.

Don't remember what he looked like (which helped the police no end), how many times he hit me, or what he hit me with.

There are scratches on my left side so think he might have had rings on, but this morning, mam and dad have both said looks like a kick. I don't remember going down though so, might have, might not have.

Adrenaline probably kicked in, in such vast amounts it caused you to go unconcious and not remember anything bar apart from a few hits.

And more than likly you couldn't remember untill about an hour or so after it happened.

not nice for xmas though.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. It's a shame that you don't remember much else, or that anyone else around came forth as witnessing it (not sure on this, just assuming)?

Anyway I seriously hope that it heals soon and that no visual damage was done to your eye sight. In the mean time I hope the get they idiot who did that to you and charge him.
