Xbox Live Settings?!

I got a new router for my wireless laptop but now I've gone and fucked up my settings for xbox live....

I have the sharing on just the

IP Address...
Subnet Mask...
Gateway...

Primary DNS ...
Secondary DNS...

I don't know what to put in. Automatic doesnt work so they have to be manual. Where do I get the settings from? And what will I put in for the settings on my connection on the pc? Just the same as the xbox?

Please help...

What is the ip address of your router?

eg 192.168.2.1

So your ip address on the 360 wants to be 192.168.2.xx

Replace the xx's with a random ip that you're not using.

Subnet needs to be 255.255.255.0

Gateway: Needs to be your router address eg. 192.168.2.1

Primary DNS - as above - 192.168.2.1

Secondary - leave blank.


That's how mines setup.
