Will those work for a 75 CB750 ?

Its what JC Whitney says I need. But then it says its for 2 cylinder bikes. I'm assuming that means I buy 1 for each pair of cylinders...means I order 2, correct?

I can figure out how to wire them on...but what do I do about spark plug wires. The old ones have the wires built into them, and these don't come with them.

not sure why it says "not suitable for 4 cylinder bikes", it should work on any wasted spark system.

yes you would need two coils, you can by plug wire (AKA HT lead) by the foot/mtre/yard, cut to the required length, fit an NGK plug cap on one end, the other end usually just screws into the coil and is retained by a screw on cap.
