It seems that some people are going to go to the Turtle, while others want to go somewhere with other music, where they can dance etc.

So what do people want to do?

Looks like someone's not going to be happy somewhere.

The major issue is that most places that stay open late require tickets.
Thus we really need to make up our minds before the night.
Hopefully tickets will still be available on the night, or at least Wednesday morning, though this obviously isn't guaranteed. However they probably will be more expensive on the night.

I'll give a few other 'dancey' places a call tomorrow to see if there's anywhere people can just turn up at.

I'm reckoning on splitting into two groups when we leave Pavlovs, then meeting back up after closing. Thus club people can where they want, and other people can go to the turtle.

People need to do some deciding and then sort out tickets if needed.

I think splitting up the group would kind of take the point out of going out as a group.

This thread will achieve nothing as Ste's poll thread has clearly demonstrated.

I'll go wherever other are going, if I have the cash, I'm really not that bothered.

I say just toss a coin G, or exsert your power/influence as organizer and make a decision for the group, democracy has failed.

I say this is all Stephens fault for starting the poll in the first place.

I really don't see the problem with splitting up - we'll be a group for at least 4 hours at Pavlovs. That's plenty time to get grumpy and pissed off with each other.

Right. Ok thats it. A decision has to be made.
People are trying to organise this, but it is being made impossible. So....

After consulation with a few appropriate people, the Walkabout has been decided upon.

If people dont want to come, then they dont have to.

There would be no point splitting up, into two groups.
As we would be forced to spend 'the 12:00' together in Pavlovs. And if anyone remebers last year, that there were only about 15 people in total in there. 10 of which was us lot, and we were all forced to be on the dance floor dancing to crappy heavy dance music.

Plan:

get into town early( 7:00 latest)
stay in pavlov til about 9 ish
Head on to walkabout.

full stop. over and out. end of arguements.
