activation on my new nokia n95??with 3 network

Hi ive just got my new nokia n95 from 3 and its not activated yet,says on the letter if not activated by them within 24 hrs to call them,was just wondering how long it normaly takes for them to activate a new phone(3 network)

do i just leave the phone on as normal?

You need to wait for a SIM update, which comes through as a text. You should get it within a few hours. Sometimes they say to leave it on, sometimes they say turn it on every few hours to see if it's come through yet. I'd leave it on personally.

N95's a kickarse phone. Have you got the 8GB or the normal one?
