Give up Biking or Sex?

Ok, the year is 2014, Gordon Brown Jnr has just come into power, he's decided he doesn't like motorbikes, or the people who ride them, so wants to ban them.

But due to law's that have been put into place, nothing can be banned unless a choice is given.

So, Mr Brown tries to think of the worst thing he could do to bikers, to get them off their bikes...

You've just received a letter from the government, with a choice slip at the bottom -

a)You can keep your motorbike, and your license, but you have to go to hospital next week to have your sexual organs removed, to make it impossible to have sex, or have any children.

b)Your motorbike license is taken away, and your bike, no money will be given for the bike. You will then have some sort of 'chip' that will not let you start a motorbike, as they have all been fitted with immobilisers, that are activated by this implant.
But you still keep your bits.

There is no option of emmigrating, as Britain is under quarantine for some sort of crap disease. No way to remove the implant etc etc, you only have the 2 choices!
