Afaik there as been like 50 of these threads, so i feel i must chip in.

My method is simple. Shit, rough wipe, pick. Shit gets on your nails and fingers, but its the most challenging.

Its even better when my nails are a bit longer.

Probably those who have tried Denmonkey's method can't respond, due to being still in hospital after falling off the seat and cracking their skulls on the hand basin.

I would not alter the method I use, as mr hellkat uses the opposite method and I have to say it is a most bizarre procedure to watch, let alone contemplate attempting to perform.
