Last year i'd written a thread about my friends old horse, here it is just to refresh your memory

Well i contacted ILPH, and they have obviously not done anything about it

Found some pictures on my friends Bebo of her, she is in such a state

Think i may be on the phone to ILPH very soon.

My boyfriend also told me a few weeks ago that he'd seen a horse in someones front yard in ormsgill (near where the horse is kept)

asked him what it looked like, and asked where exactly she was

Surprise, Surprise it was Tiff, in the smack heads front yard (not an easy place for a horse to get into )
That means she has been riding her while she is lame, and also with a very over grown hoof...
