most disturbing news ive read coming out of USA this week , the father that threw his 4 children off a bridge after a row with his ex and the woman who was arrested after the bodies of 4 girls were discovered in her home, i think three of them were her daughters.

I would have said "Only in America", but i'm not so sure. It made me think back to when my grandad died. My dad went to the tsb bank, to close the accounts that his dad had held there. The cashier told him he couldn't close the account without the account holders permission. "He's died" my dad says. " I have a death certificate here, as well as proof of my id"
The cashier refused to accept it and gave him a form to fill in and be signed..................by the account holder
My Dad went to see the branch manager, but he also insisted that rules had to be followed.
In the end He had to write to the tsb head office to get it sorted.
