Club tropicana?

Bit of a weird one here, a freind of mine is after a picture/still from the video to whams club tropicana @3mins and 33 secs where pepsi and shirley are sitting on some kinda straw trailer thing. I was going to try and take a still from youtube but the quality is crap, is there any other way of getting the video from another source? I doubt even if i could get the video on tape the quality would not be good enough to print ?
