Need to measure out 5gs of creatine but don't have any scales. Any other ways to measure? How much is 5gs on a teaspoon.

Thanks.

1ml is roughly 1g, so if you get a 5ml medicen spoon you should have an approximate amount.
Best i can come up with.
<edit> teaspoon apparently is 4grams of sugar <edit>

bah for a moment there I thought you meant how to measure £5000 without scales

https://www.cockeyed.com/inside/million/million.html

has an interesting take on this,

infact I have a silly story about this during work experience , where I was asked to deposit money into the bank which was only across a busy junction and less than 200 metres away.

Howard who still works there gave me a wedge which I have no idea of how much there was in there, but it was about 3 inches thick and made of £10 notes.

Don't get weight and volume confused, 1 ml is a volume not everything that is 1 ml is 1 gram.

Please make sure that if you are relating to pure water for it to be 1ml = 1g. Try doing that with petrol and you'd have something lighter. The differing molecular masses and densities will the factor which people often forget.

But general rule of thumb is just 5ml = 5g if you're not bothered about tolerances.

You sure thats the creatine?
Remember to drink plenty of water as basically it draws water to the muscles, so if you dont drink enough it will dehydrate you...might be what it is.

Whatever creatine your body don't use you just excrete.

I haven't had the flu for ages now & thought it was a coincidence that the day i take Creatine for the first time, the day i feel like crap. You're probably right tho, i've been drinking plenty all day & it's finally eased off a bit now. Hopefully gone by tomorrow.
