AS some of you may know, i busted my radiator recently i found a new one on Blacks bike (ebay shop).
When it came i straight away noticed it wasnt for the DRZ400E or S it was actually for the Supermoto model which has a temp guage and fans, also the tubes were larger than mine.
I noticed that the temp guage hole where the temp unit goes was completly threaded.
I sent the item back and rang them today stating it doesnt fit wrong model and i have actually fixed the orignal now, so could i just get a refund (£60).
Errrrrm yes it seems theres a threaded thread the definatly wasnt there when we sent it out, which is toss i literatly took it out the box compared it to the broke one then put it back in the box knowing it wouldnt fit.

What can i do if they refuse to refund me ?

I've been into blacks many times, and i've never had a problem with them, they are top blokes, but they take on a few lads which dont take notice of what they are doing some times. Just keep talkin to them and tell them it just isnt the right rad and its damaged anyway.

I doubt getting all red in the face will solve the problem, i find being polite and explaining my problem to a bussiness dealing parts such as this is the best method and gets 100% cash back. Thumbs Up

Probabkly just a genuine mistake, the threaded bit wasnt noticed when it was sent out, but was when it was sent back.

Not sure what the best way to deal with it is, but I doubt that they are deliberately trying to con you, they just have the facts wrong.

I bought my city fly from there. Where good blokes when I dealt with them for that bike. However when I came to sell my City Fly a dealer called them to plague of the north Razz

Theres all sorts of rumors going round about blacks, like you buy a bike from there, it gets stolen and end up back in there. Only time i ever saw a bike in there twice was the bloke traded it in for another bike.
