I wouldn't have one , infact the European version of this the link I forget is probably better (as its stabilising legs retract) , but I'd have the fairing off it with a few careful mods for radiator and brakes I bet me CBR hell even me NTV would hit 200mph.
As said above a certain speed its not the engine power that is the limiting factor but wind resistance.
hence why you can get pedal bicycles going 150mph+
