Just a quick question, does anyone know what size rear nd front paddock stand bobbins my RS takes. I bought some off egay that supposedly fitted the RS but as usual they didnt fit (too small (6mm)).

Any ideas?

Cheers all Karma

Just try a selection of different sized bolts - next step, M8. You could always enlarge the size of the hole in the bobbin and use your own bolt through it.

Are you sure you've tried the correct threads as well?I think some use a finer-than-normal thread.

Nope, but the actual size was wrong which is weird.

Also, just to hijack my own thread, does anyone know if this will fit me bike?

I would have thought so as they are fairly universal - but don't quote me on it. Very Happy

You could jusy buy the OE ones, they may be more but at least they'll fit, and are less likely to dissolve into rust in the first winter's use.

Definately, I was just too lazy to find out what size mine were and the ones I saw looked a bit rubbish, so I just bought ones from aprilia, much less hassle.
