When you think you're high, you're not, infact you are very low!
Going further than you feel comfortable with is the only way you'll keep it up especially on the smaller capacity machines. You will flip, one day Very Happy

I've got a Suzuki ae50 and it wheelies very easy. First of all my mate tried it the day i got it by standing up on it and throttleing it, he came off it, so i decided not to follow in his footsteps. I put both my feetdown on the floor then slowly start giving it some revs not to many so i can still hold the bike in place with my feet. Then i move to sit at the back of the seat, then by not there are enough revs so i can just hold the bike in place with my feet and the front end lifts abit, I then release my feet from the floor and give it full revs and i'm off. Worked very well for me, took about 3 times to be able to do it but i've got it mastered now.

When i had my (hate to admitt it on here!) Speedfight100, i found that it was generally quite tricky to wheelie properly. Because the way the clutch engages, it would only come up at sumwhere between 5-10mph, and depending on how well you judged it when to lean back/pull on the bars, the front wheel would either just hop up about 2-3inches, or else it would nearly flip right over, and i never seemed to find a way off getting it near the balence point. I know alot of kid with scoots, even 50cc's can get them to wheelie for ages, but i think many people do it with one knee kneeling on the pilion seat, so i dont know if that makes a difference.

On my MT50 I simply stop, put it in first, rev about 3/4 throttle, sit back in the seat and drop the clutch out very fast. I've never tried holding it up it only pops up and returns.

This is of course, bollox. I had one for over a year, and I have friends who are very good at wheelies that still could not get it up at all. It's just too heavy. Karma
