hi as my sv650 keeps letting me down i thinking about getting a scooter or commuter bike but stuck for what to get i have to consider these points:

needs to be cheap
needs to have cheap insurance
good on fuel
cheap tax code
cheap repair bills i.e tyres etc...
not bothered about engine size or speed
needs to be realiable

any ideas i was looking at a yam scooter on bike trader for £450 but would i be best getting a honda plus what about a 50cc or would they be higher to insure as most chavs drive em so they could be black marked and would a 125cc commuter be better then a 100cc/50cc scooter for fuel.

any ideas please cheers
