Is there a typo there?

I'm pretty sure I recall seeing that in Bike a couple of months ago, and it good scarely get up to 120mph.

750bhp out of 1300? Thinking

Power to weight ratio of a bike + aerodynamics of a car = very fast.
But, the question is, can it go around corners?

It's an even bigger, uglier hayabusa that can't do corners, and i'd deserve to be fucked in the ass by Ron Jeremy if i parted with 1.4 million for one!

bah could make it go much faster , make the fairing even smaller and have the driver/pilot lay flat with vision provided through screens, even less drag.

Those were fun times, not. Fortunately my stoner-like riding skills saved the day.

Already been done, on the dyno. I sincerely doubt anyone has run that power on the road/runway/strip with a 'busa engine yet though. I would bet money that all the performance figures quoted on that thing are estimated.

Ok, well if we say "half power" instead of "half throttle", and believe their 750hp output, that would be claiming 250mph from 375hp. You wouldn't actually be far off on a normal 'busa on a long course in favourable conditions, probably need another 75hp more and a small rider, so that claim is quite realistic. That thing would go much faster than a stock fairinged bike on th same power.

At least that american weirdo's one was a shaft drive! Tisk, all that technology involved in the Acabion, and yet its still driven by a chain.... Crying or Very sad

.....and I quote........ "The dude says if you went over 80 - 85 MPH it might take off, which I doubt, but hey, the man can dream can't he? I know I dream all the time. Like last night I dreamed I was totally doing it with an ex-girlfriend. When I woke up all my current girlfriend's stuff was moved out and I had two black eyes and my testicles hanging in a blender. There was a note that said if I moved the blender would puree my balls. I figured it was some sort of Saw joke. It wasn't. R.I.P. My nuts."

Hayabusas don't have the facility for bolting-up a bevel-box, and anyway the chain drive system has fewer mechanical losses and a greater flexibility when it comes to changes of gearing.
