Without stripping the engine, the cylinders are going to be a real game to get looking good again. They really need to be shot blasted, or even better, vapour blasted. Oil pipes look like they need replacing and the cruddy parts on the carbs can be re-plated.

Wiping every nook and cranny with WD40 might help a little bit. It will definately make it look cleaner.

Wicked. More use of the big metal brush.

I've just done the exhaust downpipes and resprayed them. Took ages. Boy, do I love that scrubbing Rolling Eyes

Anything I need to be aware of? How do you get inside the little bits on the cylinders?
