Yes as long as she doesn't shout and swear at other passengers or assault the conductor.

You are allowed to take a dog on a bus or train. But you must ensure it doesn't climb on the seats or foul the floor etc.

I watched a thing on telly about hearing dogs a couple of weeks back.
A guy took his into a pub. They asked him to leave. He explained it was a hearing dog. They hmmmd and hawd but let him sit in a wee room to the side then closed the doors on him.
He wrote to the bar to complain. The owner shot back at him saying you have discredited our pub.
He took the matter to the hearing impaired council thingie. Who helped him take the matter to court
He was awarded 1200 quid in damages from the pub.

The law is YOU CAN NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANYONE WITH A GUIDE/HEARING DOG. Laughing
Which means they can sit in a restaurant whilst everyone else is eating.
I think, to be fair, you have to carry a cork so your mutt can't do those toxic farts though. Don't know the rule on ring/ball licking though... Crying or Very sad

I doubt they could give a shit what your reaction is to the way they dress until they are persecuted for no reason.
