Millage will have an effect, more so than the bolt on extra's. Most Ducati buyers won't pay more for bits like that. The Termi's make it more sellable, but only add a few hundred pounds to the value.

Which seat unit is it, as they are different in the pictures?

I paid £6k for a '54, with similar extra's on 6k miles. This was at the end of August last year. I suspect £7k would indeed be the going rate if it's mint and fairly low millage and you wait a few months for the market to pick up again.

FFIW, it's the nicest bike I have ever ridden, I love it to bits.

FWIW last octobers Glasses guide values an 05 999 at £6,625 retail with 5000 miles on the clock. The extras are worth a bit (unless the original bits are missing) and you need to alter it based on the mileage. £7k sounds a bit on the high side, unless its only done a few miles.

He wants £6500 and not a penny less, It's a stunning looking bike. It's got 7000 miles on the clock and he's also got a power commander on it. Also all the standard parts+ducati bike cover+tank bag and maybe a paddock stand.

Full Ducati service history? It should of had the belts done last year. Is it worth that much to you? Have a look around and see what others are about for the same sort of money.

Yeah its got a full history, it will need a small service this year and belts again next year. The service and belts only cost about £300 so it aint as bad as some say.

When I had my 749s, I must have gone to the wrong place.. I paid for a big service, and belts changed, and it was almost double that Confused
