1) The CB is booked in for MOT on Friday.
2) I get a lie in (compared to 05:50 most weekday mornings) on Friday.
3) I get a ride (in both senses ) on Thursday night.
4) I got my payslip today, bring home 38 quid pm more than previous months.
5) My washing machine has started working again.
6) I have Led Zeppelin, cold beer and french bread pizza.

1) I'm loving my new job, every day I'm learning something that makes me think "woo, that's cool". Not had that feeling for too many years. I think it's called "job satisfaction", or some other fantasy epic. Don't know why I didn't do it years ago.

2) Finally got around to putting my new graphics card, wireless card and spare hard drive in the desktop PC. It's now running in the living room through the new 42" LCD TV, and it looks luvverly. Can also finally play Quake 4, which I got for Xmas 2006

3) Started going to the studio again last week, haven't been since October and am eager to play some new stuff. Got Reason 4.0 downloaded this week as well, so want to play with that.

4) Just thrashed someone at Reversi. Again.

Have actually started my essays early and have done lots of reading.

1: Been riding the SR about, Yesterday it was bone dry so was really throwing it about. Wasnt enjoying the DR over the last couple of months.

2: Went out with some mates from college on saturday, First time i've been in a club, Certainly not the last!

3: I believe i suffer from SAD, Though i'm half day on a monday so wasnt up till the sun was shining, Felt real good for once.

4: Decided (almost 100%) that i'm just not cut out for living here at the moment (Its away up in the highlands btw) its just too quiet and far away from other places, I've been here 7 months and just not got into it at all (Amongst other things, Couple of people i have to put up with that i really, really dont like!)

5: Got a lot of confidence back, From the riding, Out enjoying myself at the club, Having a feel good day yesterday, The thought of getting out of here (Not till the end of june but i can look forward to it), Putting the past behind me and damping down shitty thoughts.

(6: Big Brother is finally off!)

I'm determined to make 2008 a good year for me

1. Been leaving work every day by 6pm, the latest, today at 5pm. At my previous place, I never left before 7pm, and often around 9pm.

2. Got my scoot back from the garage and it only needed a new thermostat, so no big expense.

3. The scoot passed its second ever MOT.

4. The Duchess's new boots (Michelin Pilot Power 2CT) have arrived at Ducati ProTeam.

5. Finally had some energy to go to Ikea to get a CD tower and extra shelves for the bookcases, so can start unpacking.

6. My TV regained its sound.

7. My expensive dental treatment has finished.

8. It's been dry all week.

9. I got a free ticket to the London bike show.

10. My mom & dad are coming to visit in a couple of months. Dad will bring his tools, as there's a bit of work that needs doing in my flat...

1)I had the best day of 2008 (best day in four months after splitting with my girl of three years) on sunday. Ride-out with my 3 good mates on dry, warm roads, fucking class.


2) On the emo side, number 1) has made everything else completely grey and unworthy to me. I hate everything, including life, this sentence, and the word emo. I hate me. I hate that you hate that I hate things.

3)Im going to canada for two weeks with my job in march, to help install an electrical system I pretty much designed for Quebec airport, and Im only 19


4)For once in a long time, I might not break my overdraft this month which means I will blatently be going out about 4/5 times a week next month to make up for it. W00p!
