...if you suddenly found yourself with a few quid?

I started a new job in October last year and I've just realised that they have been underpaying me. Now I've pointed it out, they're sorting it out and backdating it, so I will get a nice bundle of extra cash in my next pay packet. After tax, it should be around £1,000.

No paying off the credit card or overdraft - that would be far too sensible and boring. Besides, it wouldn't make much of a dent in mine.

Hmm.

A Reliant Kitten (Estate/squareback model) for a project i have planned. Get it MOT'd and strip it of its engine and 'box.

A GSXR 1100, Even just the engine, exhaust, carbs and loom. Put that stuff into my 750 and use the 750 engine for the kitten.

I just got £1800 and I'll be using it to fly out to Denver, then a 2 week coach tour of the Canyon lands, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, Yellowstone National Park with Old Faithful and all sorts of other places round there. Then on the last day I'm going in a 6 seater plane ride along the Grand Canyon, then landing and changing to a helicopter for a flight into the canyon, then a boat ride along the Colorado river, back up top for a ranch BBQ and then the flight back to Vegas via the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. That'll be a couple of my dreams fulfilled.
