Came home last night to find i forgot to lock my chain back up when i unlocked my bike and as a result some smack head has stolen it.

I was quite worried last night as i then had nothing to chain my bike to so i parked somewhere different and secure for the night until i got another chain. Fortunately they didn't take my bike cover as well.

Also last night as i was trying to take my visor off to clean it and the visor lock on the helmet on one side snapped. I think it was due to being freezing cold and the plastic became brittle so no i can't put a visor on my helmet.

Bought a new chain and lock and the expense of £115 from HG and looked at helmets but my credit card can't take any more pounding at the moment. Crying or Very sad

Yeah, your lock is easily replaceable - at least compared to a pricey bike that means something to you.

And as for the visor... See through plaggy bag over the top of the helmet? Razz

I've heard of thieving scum nicking locks as to stop you locking your bike so they can nick it.
