F*kd Bike update

If you have been following the daily drama of "my bike got run over by a 4x4" then read on.

Yesterday i phoned the chavs insurance company to see if he had reported the carnage he caused. They said no. So i go back to my people and see what they have done. They tell me that the chav is accusing me off trying to rip him off. How can i rip him off on a bike valued and insured for 900 quid......?

Anyways, my people also said that he wasnt very helpful at all, and was refusing to provide them with anything details. They most of the info but didnt have his Insurance company name or his Policy number.

I use my "connections" and 1337 skillz to obtain these (dont ask) then phoned my people back up to provide them with what info they need.
The bodyshop that has my bike in for assessment cannot touch or do anything to it until they get an assessment authorisation from the chavs insurance company. My guess is this will take a while as the chav is being a twat about it.
Im going to Manchester 2morrow to drain the full tank of petrol into a jerry can and get my lock and chain which is under the seat.

On one hand i would like it to goto court so that the chav not only has to pay the £400+ pick up and recovery fee plus the overnight secure storage fee AND the delivery fee to the bodyshop, the £££ a day hire charge for the loaner bike and any court costs that get mounted up.

All because he didnt look in his rear mirror and see my bike, which is big for a 125.

The bike was in mint condition, not a scratch, never been dropped etc etc and now the whole left side has some damage on it, which will need to be fixed. even the engine is scratched which will cos a fair few bob to replace that bit.

I really dont see why i should put up with not having my bike restored to the condition it was in before the gimp squashed it.

The insurers might write your bike off on a cat D. The cost of the hire bike, legal fees, replacement/repair of petrol tank, handlebars and other bodywork could mount up.
