As of yesterday, no more ciggies for me.

Nice one, hope you stick to it, I have tried and failed numerous times, i find it soo hard to stop smoking that I eventually give up giving up.

Back in November '06, I had a quick cig before catching a train. Sitting on train a few minutes later, in a packed carriage, I burped and a load of smoke came out. That was the last cigarette I ever smoked.

ive tried quitting and using them dam nicoret patchs but i cant seem to keep they dam things to stay lit. a nice pipe is allways good or you could by some blunt papers and smoke a pure one.

I jacked five years ago. I had just done an IQ test and got a reading of 140, I had a heavy cold and cough and I was smoking a roll up that hurt on every lung full. On line IQ tests mean very little but it did make me realise that I was bright enough to not kill myself on a habit I not only got no pleasure from but was actualy causing me pain.
Cold turkey is the way to go IMHO.
