How are these writers still in business? The last couple of films they've made have been the same crap & have got ratings of 2.5/2.7/2.3 out of 10 on IMDB & yet they're still able to go on making movies?
I think this is the end for all spoof movies, they used to be fun with the first Scary movie, Hotshots & Airplane but this has gone too far.

It gets uncomfortably bad about halfway through.

I saw about 20 minutes of 'Another Epic Movie' or some toss like that a few weeks ago - at work, in the background, while I was on overtime - and it was so gopping I felt almost physically nauseous. I couldn't even see how the moronic American teenagers it's aimed at would find it amusing, let alone anyone else.

I don't actually think there is anyone who would find this funny apart from the very small minority but that's not what they're aiming for. They must be raking it in to be able to continue making the films. So as long as we're buying the tickets that's their job done?

I think the whole spoof movie thing went down hill after Scary Movie 3.

To be fair, I almost did leave the cinema during 'national treasure 2'.

However, has anyone noticed there is a hollywood writers strike?

Perhaps 'producers' have decided they don't need writers and they can do it themselves. It wouldn't surprise me.
