Yeah 60bhp and a whole lot lighter than a RVF = fun
Although they are very difficult to ride well apparently, a mate rode one and said that once your in the power band it's great but it's otherwise hard to stay in the power etc.
Also it's a two stroke so lots of cash to run and reliability problems etc. ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |

82bhp out of a 50?
an aprillia RS250 makes about 60 ish bhp. I would be careful with one of those because they need rebuilding often and drink expensive 2 stroke oil. Personally I would stick with a 400cc sporty bike, because they take a bit less looking after. Bear in mind also that the RS250 is in insurance group 12 - the same as a sports 400
Personally if I were you I'd look at an unfaired 400 or something because you might have a bit of difficulty with insurance otherwise. An RS250 is not only as quick as a sports 400, but its lighter so therefore easier to hoist into a van too. beware! ____________________ British beauty: Triumph Street Triple R; Loony stroker: KR1S; Track fun: GSXR750 L1; Commuter Missile: GSX-S1000F; Cheap project: CBR900RR FireBlade
Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another. |

Sorry about my little brother, he is one of those little scooter riders that thinks they knows it all, i am sure you know the kind. He is one of those idiots that give real bikers a bad name, the knid that cut you up on there shitty scooters and try to do stoppies just because they cant go more than 32mph. and as for the better rider i dont know about that he crashed on a bend because he was too scared to lean and just twisted the bars. Oh and because he thinks he gets 80bhp out of a 50cc says it all really!!!
All the best
