I can see the difference in NSR125F compared to 125R:s, but what is the difference between NSR125R/NS125R? Is there anybody who knows?

The NS is an older model and pretty different: with a steel tubing frame, thinner wheels and a bit less power when derestricted.
If you have a look at the visitors bike section on NSR125.com Paul's bike is a NS.
