I need to know what everyone's after drinking.
All drinks will be at cost price but I don't know how I'm gonna do it yet.
We can either:
A) sell the drinks as you have them (means faffing witht the till)
B) Sell you a barrel (between a few of you) or bottles etc.
C) Charge a kind of entrance fee then just let you drink Very Happy
PLease let me know what you think's best and also what you'll be after drinking so we can get some prices etc.

I reckon an entrance fee would be a good idea to be honest mate. I usually drink various stuff and tend not to stick to one thing.

hth Very Happy

Btw - when is this party? Got a date sorted yet?

I'd reckon an entry fee of some amount, then just let people drink Very Happy Much easier way of doing it really. Just make sure you hide all the expensive stuff away Laughing

Entrance fee, of course with this you have to work out an average of what everyone is drinking and costs etc to cover all the beer monsters. People do tend to go silly though, when once you're in all the drink is free, bare that in mind!

I'll definately be coming!

I am quite happy to split a keg of decent beer with others....
Though when I say decent I don't mean John Smiths or equally nasty equivalents.

This is assuming that I come, I aren't insured yet although I may be by that date. I do want to do my fork seal before I ride it though, maybe a lift in a car.

Bleh! Sick

Looking at your signature Ste, I'd go for "Dad's spunk" over Stella.

Myself and MrsH should be able to get there (work allowing), we both drink spirits (me=whisky MrsH=Vodka) and MrsH drinks alcho pops. We are both happy to pay one off on the door (as long as it's not too much Wink).

Of course with the diet and everything the alco pops are probably a no no or at least restricted and I wont be able to drink tonnes but I will defiantly drink a bit and inhale the fumes the rest of the night!

Certainly are welcome to a pillion ride up on the cbr Razz Or you could get your green thing on the road and ride up with me.

I think you should charge a fee on entrance dean, that saves messing about with tills etc.

I am not getting on the back of you. I think I will call my insurance company up and see how much they want to swap my current policy over to the ZXR.

Other thing, would be to stick stuff through the till, and just split it between everyone at the end of the night/ morning?

That would be unfair to those that drank hardly anything, and then having people such as stew pushing up the average cost for everyone Wink

Thats what I thought at first, but its no different to paying a set price. It might be a plan. Its certainly easy.

Idea
Why don't all the 'stela' people group together and say they'll buy x amount of crates. Then the people who like JD do the same etc... Question
