Well, I heard through the grapevine that it's sitting in some little fucker's back yard in the next town over.

So my mate is finding out who he is and where he lives, and we're going to pay him a visit, get it back, and hopefully get the parents to pay for any damage.

Wish me luck Thumbs Up

Good Luck, but why not find out if its definately there and take the Police with you. That's what we pay them for.

I may do, but to be honest I'd rather see if I can sort it out without first, as I've got a better chance of getting compensation for whatever's broken (which I need, being skint and with it's MOT and tax coming up soon).

I'll call them afterwards though Mr. Green

Still no more information.

The police say they can't do anything without an address.

They send helicopters over Rishton daily looking for small-time weed growers, can't they look for my bike at the same time? Aren't vehicle thiefs far worse?

Anyway, when/if we find out, I'll also be asking the parents for compensation for any damage to the bike, anything from my topbox/tankbag which is missing, my bus fares for the time I've been without it (about £35 so far), and another £100 or so for inconvenience. I'll give them the choice of paying this, or we'll call the police.

Not being a downer Bass, but that wont work.

If theyre happy to put up with a bike in the back yard that this kids stolen (admittedly...he couldve lied and whatevyeh, but I dont think this is gonna be a respectable family, in my opinion)

Even if they are respectable, and its a black sheep little scrote, threatening them with arrest by the police that wont even back you up now may not be the best idea. Find out what theyre like first, then sort out what you're gonna do Thumbs Up

Personally, if the family was shite, and try and defend their kid or even go on the offensive for "causing them trouble" knowing he's stolen your bike, there'd be a good fucking shit kicking for the little bastard and anyone who tried to help him.

If all else fails, do the honourable thing and find their house, and egg it for a month solid. Will REALLY get on their tits cleaning shit off Mr. Green and plus, if youre careful, you wont get caught.

But find out the facts first obvs Thumbs Up Laughing

Good luck mate.

I *WILL* get the bike back either way, at the very least. To be honest I'm not sure I should involve the police at all, I'll just find some way of making their life absolute hell for the next few years Laughing

Laughing Couldnt agree more mate.

If I had an inclination of who stole my NSR, (this is what...two years ago now?) I would STILL endeavour to make their life miserable and shite. I dont care if that makes us Knob-heads, to be honest.

See all you judges! Piss off, me and Bass are gonna destroy those who have tried to take what is not theirs! Thumbs Up

Love the determination to get your bike back...I could never have that, because it was pretty much a sure bet that it had been broken for parts within a few days Crying or Very sad I miss you, my little stroker xXx

Third party only mate.

Ariel, because if the police get involved it will go to court for the compensation (I'll need at least a new ignition, probably much more) and because the little shits will say 'I've got no money' they won't have to pay anything. I consider 10 guys in a van a far better method of extracting money than the police.

Without the papers or keys? If anyone's that thick, they deserve all they get.

Break his legs if he's the one who stole it. Afterall, if you must go without transport, then so must he.

To be honest I'm not into the whole physical violence thing, I just want my bike back and for them to pay for whatever they've fucked up.

I'm not into the physical violence thing either, but if i nicked someone else's bike i'd expect a hell of a kicking, as should the little scrote who pilfered yours.

I don't like all this violent shit. I just intend to get my bike back and attempt to get some compensation from the parents. If not, I'll call the cops (and probably call them anyway after I've got it).

Just because there's a good few of the locals coming with me, doesn't mean we're going to do anything Very Happy

Anyway, I've still not heard anything about where it is. It may all be academic.
