I have a 96 fzr 600r ive been told the rattle from it is probably the timing chain so i took off the tensioner it seems to be working ok but it has a groove worn in it, would it be possible to resurface it and would it help or is it best just to replace it ? Confused

Ahhh good old FZR's. If its worn its best to replace, i'd get a mechanic to look at it if unsure. Thumbs Up
