Well I wanted to get the bike ready for the move and so I spent a couple of hours cleaning up the garage and boxing up the last of the spare parts.

Then some scrote decided to break in to the garage next to mine which made me worry about how much they would get away with if they broke into mine. So I moved all the boxed spares to my house with the other moving boxes and then with the kind permission of my missus moved the bike into the house as well!!

Move date is less than 2 weeks away now so it wont be for long!

That bike is the tits. The bikes lines are perfect, that's normally the one thing I feel people get wrong when building proper streertfighters like this and they jack up the back too much or just put the seat at a shite angle, look sweet mate, very jealous.

Coming along nicely now Mikey, how flat are those bars?! That a Carbon Fibre tarty MV seat unit as well?

What plans have you got for the exhaust then? Underseat?

No more work till you're all moved in and settled down now?

Thanks guys,

Engine was degreased then stripped, I painted the block silver and the bottom and top ends black, stuck in some GSXR 1100K Cams (which are a bit more aggressive than the standard Bandit 12 ones), then rebuilt it with all new gaskets. The Carbs have got a stage 3 dynojet kit in and will be running 60bhp of Nitrous Oxide on her!!

Yep Carbon Fibre MV Augusta F4 Seat unit, getting a set of clear LED tail lights to go in with built in indicators also.

As for the exhaust I have lots of ideas just not sure which to go for. Originally was going for a Carbon Fibre Oval exhaust underslung (under the engine), then I was going to get a one off made up to exit near the right rear set. Then I was thinking that MV F4 4 exhausts under the seat unit would look cool.

Soon as I have moved I will strip it back down to hopefully finish the last few bits and get her built back up again and running. Then finish the last few bit as and when I get the chance.

Mike.

Is it just me or is that swingarm upside down?

That bike looks truly fantastic though, it's unique but not tacky like how a lot of 'real' streetfighters end up.

Just you dude, Very Happy

The swingarm is a JMC Mega Underbraced swingarm with Drag extensions.

Bought it second hand and it still cost me a fortune!!!

Mike.

I was going to suggest them, for one, it'll suit the arse end of the bike because it's already got the seat unit on but the pipework for that will be an utter bastard won't it?

Looking forward to this beast being finished, you're taking far too long and anticipation's killing me dude! Wink

I would personally go for the 2 pipe setup under the seat rather than the 4 pipes to not affect the performance too much.

you got any idea of the horses your gonna get from that beast and how are you gonna gear it?

what sort of headlight you thinking of getting, I saw on another thread recently a gsxr1000 k6 headlight on a hornet9 that looked really good.

or you could get some front fairing and fit some of your own hologen lights to it to give it the sportsbike look but you may think it would defeat the object of a fighter.
