Hmm, all I ate yesterday was some scrambled egg with a piece of toast. Didn't finish it either.

I had two chicken breasts, whacked some cajun spiced on and slapped them on the george foreman. Had it with a packet of that microwaveable wholegrain rice, mix with peri peri ketchup and some chili sauce et voila!

Quite suprising what we knock up at work considering the state of the place Sick
