Has anyone heard this joke?

I went to watch some comedy last night and I'd heard 2 of the jokes one of the comedians used but I can't remember where!

It goes something like...

"I got into an argument with a scally the other day and like most arguments with scallys it ended with him saying he shagged my mum, so I said, I shagged your dad. Then he said that his dad is dead.... what do you say to that....

I dug him up"

I'm almost certain I saw Lee Mack say it on channel 4's comedy live that Russell Brand presented in January but I could be wrong.

I first heard it about 10 years ago, its nothing new.

Back then it was along the lines of "my mums dead" followed by "yup, through it was a bit soft and cold, but the maggots felt great".
