I moved about a year ago and my license is still registered at my parents' place - it's time I got round to changing it but my bike theory is coming up soon and I think I'm right in assuming you need to present your license at the theory test?

Does anyone know how long it takes to process it? Should I wait until afterwards, do you think?

Also, if I send a new picture at the same time, will they put it on free of charge, seeing as they're printing a new card anyway? It'd save having to renew it in 2015, I think.

They don't check your address or anything at the theory test so it doesn't reall matter if it's registered at your parents.
Pretty sure it's free to change address anyway
