I've been to their warehouse was about 9 months ago, a few weeks before my tour SOME stuff seemed ok , others not, like their cruiser jeans which were cut and restiched up there and then.

Take this at whatever value you put on it , but its run by a load of Indian blokes, but since in the 90s Bricklane was full of Indian blokes selling biker leathers of great quality...

Looks cheap and nasty in the picture and by Itchy's description, however can only tell if you go and have a look. But at that price i'd rather go for branded stuff, you can get decent RST kit or Ixon/Akito and the like for that money.

Lastyear I got a leather/textile armoured RST Electric jacket brand new for £39. It's waterproof, mostly leather, good quality and well stitched, virtually all my bike kit is RST and all been pretty cheap, but quality is very good and my 2pc is still fine after nearly 6 years.

Leather with a bunch of holes punched through it. Popular with ATGATT yanks in their warmer climates as an exceptable compromise between safety and being cooked in their armour.

You get what you pay for mostly. I'd avoid it like the plague. Buy some decent textile gear if you're strapped for cash.
