Well it bloomin always is.

Last week I took my bike to get the bolts out of the Clutch cover, sort the rear indicator out and then have a full service and MOT.

So I planned ahead as it should be ready by Saturday to go and get my insurance sorted so that I can also get tax. The last quote I got (Back in September) which was the best quote I got was £494.80 TPFT. Every other quote was £700+. So I phoned today to see if the reference they gave me was still acceptable and it wasnt. They took all my details again for me and the bike and the quote came back at £415 TPFT. \o/ \o/ \o/

I know what your thinking well whats wrong with your Luck Mikey.

Well since I got the quote at least 5 people have come up to me and said "Did you know it's going to snow next week???"

I just cant bloody win.

Mike.

I was told that it's supposed to be down to -15c in some places, don't know whether that's a standing temp or with wind chill. I know that's too damn cold though. Only time I was colder than that I was climbing up a mountain!

Hi

Paper was saying down to -25 with the wind chill taken into account.

And to make things worse I have a car with 4wd, which would be perfect for this kind of weather. Pity that a brake line has split and I cannot drive it until replace.

All the best

Keith

The advantage of knowing about snow is that I can go to work by train. The disadvantage is that I've got to look forward to a week of snow delayed trains Rolling Eyes.

Don't you just love winter? Confused
