Well I decided I didn't like the look of that other exhaust I made and it'd have to go before it drove me insane.

So looking at the bits of old exhaust I had laying about I decided to make something a bit more suited to the look of the bike. Given the fact that all I had left was a long fat straight bit of tube I decided to go for a long fat straight exhaust to avoid any unessasary effort.

I'm afraid I couldn't be arsed to do a "How-To" like on my other stuff but Basically all it is is a simple Z-flow design like the cut-away diagram below, it involves one large outer pipe and two long thinner ones that go inside, which makes the gas flow in a sort of Z-shape (shown by the red arrows)

Having found out that my riding mate is also currently making an exhaust for his bike I decided not to smooth off any of the welds, after all I suspect his exhaust will look pretty rough and I don't want to be outdone on the overall shitness.

After making the exhaust I couldn't be arsed to make a bracket, so I fixed it to the thing under the footrest with a huge circlip, it was a bit big so I had to bung in a bit of 1" box section to take up the slack.

Looks pretty damn good indeed, suits the bike really well:

And heres a video of what it sounds like, ok so the camera sound is pretty shit but if you turn the bass right up you'll get the idea, it's not stupid loud, but just right, really deep too.
