Got home the other day to find a "Notice of Intended Prosecution" for me.

39 in a 30 zone, speed camera. Sad

Never been nicked for anything, what do i do? what do i get?

You send off the NIP with your details you get 3 points and a 60 quid fine. If you want you could just sit on it and hope they don't notice, but it's your call.

i got caught doing 56 in a 40... whoops... happened last month, just got my fine letter though- 3 points and £60..this was in my car though... Thumbs Down
