Neither would, to be fair. McGee would attract the attention of PC Plod and would race round town darting down back alleys and footpaths 'till he'd lost them and would only finish the race if it happened to include said back alleys and footpaths (and maybe a pedestrianised shopping centre too). While Luke would just ride round one one wheel or the other showing off, and would be having too much fun to bother racing. And would then plough into a BMW...
